UKREiiF 2025
After a successful UKREiiF in 2024, Team Derby will once again be in Leeds for the 2025 edition from 20-21 May, hosting a range of activities including an expert panel in the Royal Armouries, roundtables and one-to-one meetings, plus working with partners across the East Midlands Combined County Authority to showcase the wider offer of our region.

Derby’s city centre is emerging as a key location for offices and occupiers. Join Derby City Council and Marketing Derby for the unveiling of this new guide, which sets out the opportunity to be at the heart of the city centre’s ongoing transformation.
Marketing Derby and Derby City Council will lead the Derby delegation of public and private sector partners and will also be supporting the East Midlands Combined County Authority at its first UKREiiF Pavilion and associated events.

Derby Property Summit 2025
The Derby Property Summit is the largest investment and regeneration event in the Midlands, bringing together local and regional property and investment communities in a lively mix of thought leadership and investment pipeline updates.
Hosted by broadcast journalist, Declan Curry, keynotes in previous years have included speakers from the British Property Federation, Estates Gazette, Centre for Cities and the Association of Town and City Management providing expert insight into the challenges and opportunities facing the property and place-shaping sector.
