Banks' Mill
The University of Derby owns and manages Banks' Mill.
The incubator was set up to retain Graduate level skills in the creative industries in the Derby area by providing easy in/easy out workspace in studios, and business and professional development support, with a view to helping graduates earn a living off those skills, either as sole traders or businesses.

Network House
Network House is also supported by the University of Derby.
Network House provides incubation support to new start creative industries businesses. The building has ten 100sq ft incubator units. They support companies for a maximum of three years, after which they will support you in moving to grow-on space.

Friar Gate Studios
Friar Gate Studios is Derby's centre for the creative industries, one of the fastest growing business sectors in the region.
