The Invest in Derby Team offers support to businesses relocating to the city. Our services range from general information and advice to highly specialised responses. The team draws upon a network of expertise from business service providers from within the region to deliver solutions to assist with the relocation your business. We can offer:

• An early meeting with Invest in Derby staff to determine the support services to match business needs
• A full sites or premises search facility in conjunction with local agents and organisation of site tours. This includes our on line property data base
• Key information to inform your strategic planning process and feasibility studies
• Key-staff familiarisation visits, organised and run by Invest in Derby to help staff become aware of the benefits of living and working in Derby.
• Housing and rental information
• Education and Schools information

Presentations and tours may be arranged at all stages of the decision-making process and can be tailored to meet the specific needs of the organisation. Presentations can include information on the economy and on the fantastic quality of life that Derby offers. Tours can be confined to sites and premises or expanded to cover housing, leisure and shopping facilities.
